Example of using the wall and catch…

 

Do we have bean bags?  Bounce ball, throw up bean bag, repeat 3 times, on 3rd time rotate and catch the bean bag next to you.  3-4 partners.

 

For first challenge:

What is it?

Pick a challenge:

  1. Rhythmic bounce with partner

  2. 2 ball bounce-solo,

  3. 2 ball bounce alternating-solo at 10 seconds,

  4. 2 ball bounce rotating hands-22 seconds-solo,

  5. 2 ball 1 hand juggle

  6. 2 ball (1:05) 2 hands-solo-rotating back and forth between hands…

  7. 2 ball bounce-solo-1 hand-alternating (1:23)

  8. Ball pass with partner (4 balls) 2 at a time or 1 ball each with ball passing from hand to hand.

  9. 2 ball juggle (air)  If you already do this, 3 ball juggle air.  

  10. 2 ball bounce with one hand…  (Greater challenge is to get the balls to rhythmically bounce at same time…)

  11. 2 ball oval?  (time 1:43)  1 person, for more of a challenge, 2 people rhythmically
